The Inner Journey 6-week Course

This is a follow on course from the Mastering and working skillfully with your mind course, or for those who have an understanding of mindfulness practices.

The Inner journey work is about strengthening your self-worth, self-kindness and self-Compassion. You arrived into this world like a little sponge, all of your life you have soaking up beliefs about yourself and the world around you, so many of these beliefs have been self-limiting and kept you small and fearful.

This course offers you the opportunity to blossom into the amazing person you came here to be. The Inner work was something I personally needed to do. Having suffered most of my life with feelings of not being good enough, smart enough, pretty, deserving enough, wouldn’t amount to anything beliefs (the list goes on) I needed to journey inwards to uncover where my self-limiting beliefs had come from, and how they were holding me back. I needed to learn how to love and accept myself and work out who I was without all the baggage I had acquired over the years. This course requires us to adventure together, to turn inwards and do the inner work. The course is designed to help you build your self-worth and cultivate true self-love, to step into your magic, to recognise and let go of the limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, to become your own best friend and to connect more fully and compassionately with those around you.

During the weeks we will be diving deep into topics such as:

  • Why practice compassion? Because we suffer
  • The Compassionate Mess
  • It’s not our fault: an evolutionary perspective
  • Creating conditions of safeness
  • Befriending the self-critic
  • Finding the compassionate friend within
  • The Four Compassionate Qualities
  • Widening the circle of compassion

Sessions include guided mindfulness practices and teaching by myself, an experienced teacher and practitioner. You will receive recordings of the practices via email.

The investment for the 6 week course is £185 payable upon booking.
(This course can also be take as a 1-1 session)
