Here at Mindfulness Space we are aware that getting out to sessions can be difficult and challenging for some. Understanding this we are able to bring to you online sessions. All sessions are delivered through the platform of zoom which is easy and free to download.
Services available are:
- 1-1 mindfulness Intro sessions to mindfulness: Offering you the same service as physical 1-1 sessions but in the comfort of your home (see sessions section).
- Retreat weekends: Enjoy extended periods of practice with like minded people. I used to think that you had to leave your home to benefit from being on a retreat but there are many unexpected benefits and the connection with others is still as deep, and the practices profound and transformative. For some there is much comfort in being in the safe space of their home allowing them to feel more connected to using mindfulness in real life. Online retreats take all the hassle out of travel, and are cheaper than physical retreats. Weekend retreat sessions £50 (minimum 6 maximum 10 participants).
- Supervision: After taking an 8 week program some people feel they need the ongoing support to help them progress their practice or help them deal with more specific issues. Supervision is a great way to help develop and deepen your practice and talk through any issues you may be having with your practice.1hr sessions online £20.00
- “Lets Sit Together” Our weekly online mindfulness meditation practice session Tuesday 7 – 8.15pm. (see sessions section).
