Online weekly sitting group currently held on line through the web platform of zoom
Every Tuesday 7pm – 8pm. Followed by time to connect and chat.
The main emphasis of this session is on guided mindfulness practices, with the chance for discussion and inquiry at the end of the session. These sessions are suitable for all those who have completed an 8 week program either with myself or another provider or have had a 1-1 session and wish to practice with other like minded people on a regular basis.
Sessions are charged at £5 per sit when booking onto the 4 week sitting practice (payable in advance on booking once payment has been received the zoom link will be forwarded) If you wish to drop into the weekly sessions as and when the cost is £7 per sit.
Please note classes and they are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances.
Courses and 1-1 sessions can be delivered either in person or via the zoom platform which is easy to use and free to download.
