Weekly sitting groups will be held in the beautiful healing space of the Teepee.
Weekly meditation sitting group Tuesday and Wednesday 6.30pm – 8pm.
The main emphasis of this session is on guided mindfulness practices, with the chance for discussion and inquiry at the end of the session. These sessions are suitable for those who have completed an 8 week program either with myself or another provider and wish to practice within a small group setting, on a regular basis. They are held in the beautiful teepee space, no prior experience is necessary (max 7-8 people).
Four week block booking £40.00 (priority booking goes to those already attending.)
