Mindful Holistic Space Treatment Menu
The mind and body are so intrinsically connected, with this in mind it is important that we look after ourselves as a whole not just one individual symptom. Holistic therapies have played an important role in my wellness journey which in turn led me to become a practitioner in certain therapies. My aim is to help others support and improve their health and wellbeing just as I have so they can feel empowered and proactive in looking after their mind, body and souls.
Complimentary treatments look at physical health (body aches and pains, disease, fatigue) emotional health (feelings such as upset, sadness worry, fear) mental health (depression anxiety self-limiting beliefs) and spiritual health (feeling lost or empty, disconnected or incomplete).
Holistic interventions allow the body to restore its natural balance creating a complete integration of body, mind, and spirit.
