I am so pleased to be able to offer you this fantastic Mastering and Working Skillfully with your mind, Mindfulness Based Living course. The course content has been expertly put together by the Mindfulness Association. The MBLC is based on the University of Aberdeen’s MSc Studies in Mindfulness Curriculum.
I have attended many mindfulness courses and retreats (including silent) over the last 19 years. This course gifted me freedom from my overthinking mind and ruminating thoughts which often led me down the path of experiencing anxiety and depressive episodes.
My passion and dedication for mindfulness and living a mindful life has grown over the years and continues to grow. I see and experience the life-changing results of the practices and this course on a daily basis as it has offered me a new way to be with my mind offering me great insight into myself. I have trained with the Mindfulness Association to teach the 8-week MBLC, so that I can offer this gift to others and take them on their personal mindfulness journey. This is an experiential course, where teacher talk is kept to a minimum. The main emphasis is on mindfulness meditation practices and exercises. The sessions are run on a weekly basis, for a duration of 2 hours.

- Attitude of the observer

- A mindfulness based life
Across the weeks, we continually look at the technical aspect of mindfulness alongside our attitude, as both are essential within the practice.
Sessions include guided mindfulness practices and teaching by myself, an experienced teacher and practitioner. You will receive a course manual and recordings of the practices which are delivered via email.
