A one-to-one mindfulness sessions offers you a non-judgemental space to explore various mindfulness tools tailored to your specific needs and aspirations. One-to-one sessions offer more flexibility and time so things can be taken at your own pace helping you addressing whatever  is coming up for you in your life circumstances and having time to explore how mindfulness can help support you.

I have supported many people over the years with a wide range of issues from mental and physical challenges, work and family stresses, eating issues and addiction. I also support those who wish to deepen their personal mindfulness practice with mentoring sessions facilitating a deeper depth of exploration discovery and insight

 In person sessions are available in North Walsham or over Zoom.
