The world is changing quickly and so is the way we connect, teach and learn. During the pandemic many mindfulness facilitators/teachers choose to teach online and still do today. Working in this way offers you the chance to work with a facilitator/teacher that may be out of your area, also online classes, workshops, or 1-1 sessions  maybe well-suited for those wishing to access teachings from their home environment. Hybrid sessions are also an option for corporate and school environments.

Research has shown mindfulness is effective when delivered online and the quality of teaching you receive is the same as an in-person session.
