Mindful movement can be either a slow nurturing practice or a faster paced practice releasing stagnant energy, both practices  allow us to work with the mind-body connection and gives us the opportunity to check in with our bodies, teaching how to move and breath in a way that helps lower stress levels, release stagnant energy, and help strengthen the mind-body connection. Movement sessions are an alternative to seated meditation and are a good access point for people who do not like to sit still they are also a great energy practice helping us balance vital life force energy centres in our bodies. This practice offers you time to uplift your spirits, reduce stress levels and curb anxiety.
